"Please don’t stay at any of Wyndham properties. I had an experience with bed bugs at one of their hotels. Contacted them and this was their response. ‘After a review of your concern, the best resolution would be achieved by direct communication between the property management and yourself. This is their assistance and response. Be warned! They took no responsibility and threw it back at the hotel. The worse is they charged me and I’m trying to get my money back. This has been a horrible experience. Don’t stay at this dumb. You will regret it."
"Have used this hotel several times before. As with all of the other times, it was a great experience. Started at check in with Claudia. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. They have a complimentary breakfast. I will not hesitate to stay here the next time I am in town!"
"We moved to North Myrtle Beach and after a long day on the road my son and I stayed for the night. Quiet. Clean. Bed was SO COMFORTABLE. And my cat was welcome. Very nice hotel. Highly recommend."
"Nice location but horrible stay. Rooms are not very clean. Pillows are old and no fluff and tiny. Woke with neck pain. Lots of dust. No extra linens. No ironing board. Water barely gets hot. Bathroom not very clean. Elevator smells. Customer service was nice thankfully."
"Nice clean while run well-managed hotel, Clean rooms. This is my second time here and both times were pleasant experiences. The female manager was very nice she took her time to make sure me and my wife were happy with a room and with our entire stay here."
