"My wife and I spent some time on the beach in January. We enjoyed walks on the beach and time in the pools. We met new friends and played some new card games. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and what we wanted because we have stayed here before."

"From the minute we got here we were treated as family! EVERYONE, especially the Bell staff. They unloaded our cars AND took 3 car loads of our things to our room & unloaded the carts into rooms then left with the carts. They even unload our groceries & brought them up.The housekeeping staff r off the hook. The maintenance staff r right there with them. When u call the front desk they r ON IT! We love it here so much we have already booked for 6 months next winter!!!"

"Very clean and spacious. My only downsides are: 1. I will definitely plan as if staying at a second home, making a list of bringing own dish sponge and gloves and my own personal bottle spray of cleaner. 2. I know this can not be helped but wishing the rooms weren't so echo prone, specifically because I have young children who can scream loudly when very excited. Aside from those, I had a wonderful time there and will definitely plan for the regular season at the beach."

"Check-in was a breeze! The room was spacious with plenty of amenities. We visited overnight to celebrate my husband's birthday, in which the hotel provided for a reasonable fee, champagne, balloons & a decorated rose petals bed. Views were beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and return to stay! The hotel was easy to navigate."

"Check-in was easy, even without doing online check-in. The room was great. Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Location was convenient to where we needed to be. Best lobby person ever was Stephanie. I interacted with her 2 times and both times she was great. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the lobby staff. Loading and unloading area is a bit cramped but the personal were great with the exception of 1 lady who didn't put her phone down and open the door. (Not that i can't or won't open the door myself) The guys working were amazingly friendly and welcoming."
