"Horrible Customer Service from Staff AND Manager. AT&T equiptment return says to drop it off and no packaging or label is needed. The staff refused to take it and acted like I was rude for bringing it in and insisting that they take it. They were insanely rude. This has happened twice over the last few months. I had to drop something else off there that was just a document and they didn't even have packaging for it... not even an envelope. I talked to the manager this time and asked how that is possible that they are even labeled Fedex location if they don't even have envelopes and he ignored me and acted like I was the first person to have this problem and to complain to someone else. Crazy. If you drive around the corner there is a Drop and Ship that has a very nice lady that I would use if you can. I wasted my time twice on this and AT&T could not give me assistance either."
