"Grand strand Nissan have always been good to me. Lately getting an appointment for vehicle service is like trying to get an appointment for a doctors appointment..long wait time. This time around I had a vehicle emergency, the were able to get my car in and serviced the next day. Losing 2 days of business due to never having a loaner vehicle available to the public!!!! My only recommendation would be just that, have more loaner vehicles available if you know your shop is going to have your car for an extended period of time."
"My family has enjoyed the sales and service at Nissan since 2008. But something has changed and customer satisfaction has fallen to the way side of commission profits at your expense. Florence isn't far and Lumberton offers much better prices. Other service shops can maintain your Nissan much cheaper than these folks. Buyer beware!"
