"The staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Durrett is efficient, thorough, professional with a commonsense approach this applies to your first visit after that it's all downhill. My husband ended up having to have emergency surgery and when I initially contacted the doctor's office to inform them my husband was in distress, "what would you like me to do" was the response from the practice administrator. I stated I would happily give them the doctor's info so they could speak with him, but there was no response. My husband received a very expensive cash only injection that did nothing for his actual pain which was diagnosed by another doctor as a pinched nerve which was diagnosed from the same MRI that the doctor ordered on my husband's initial visit."

"I had barely started on the paperwork and I was called to the exam room. Dr. Durrett entered moments after I did. NO WAITING! He was very friendly and professional, as were everyone on his staff. It was very refreshing to see a doctor talk to me with genuine concern. He immediately scheduled tests to discover the source of my pain instead of just giving my an Rx for medication. His nurse was very patient and helpful as well. Great experience!"
