Lee III, the newest addition to the complex, opened in 2012 and is a 55,000-square-foot building that houses graduate architecture studios, faculty offices, and studio spaces for Landscape Architecture and Art. Designed with sustainability in mind, Lee III features a roof garden, skylights, geothermal wells, and natural ventilation, earning it the reputation as "the building that teaches."
