"Assembled a table for me and shame on me that I wasn’t on site at the time but they said it was in perfect condition. But when I saw it, it was clearly damaged in a very visible spot. When I asked, they said they thought it came that way. (Yes, one broken corner makes perfect sense for a design). Took no responsibility AND lied to me about the condition. And when the manager said he’d look into it and get back to me. He never did. I had to call multiple times for them to give that BS story about thinking it came that way. Would NEVER use them again"
