The Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA, located at 5000 Claire Chapin Epps Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is a gym and health institution dedicated to promoting healthy living for individuals and families. The YMCA of Coastal Carolina hosts various events throughout the year, such as the Myrtle Beach Prayer Breakfast and the Georgetown County Prayer Luncheon on the National Day of Prayer. F3 The Roost is a health institution located in Chapin, South Carolina, United States. As part of the F3 men's workout group, our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups to promote male community leadership. Our workouts are open to men of all fitness levels and are designed to keep the entire group together while providing a challenging workout for all participants. Many F3 participants find that the friendships built during our workouts, known as "the Gloom," are what keep them coming back. In addition to physical fitness, many participants also find a sense of meaning and purpose through activities such as Bible studies and speaker series. F3 Midlands represents communities in Columbia, Lake Murray, and Lexington, SC, with independently organized regions hosting workouts and community events to support men's growth and development.
