Crowns Now - Greer

"I scheduled a "free consultation" supposedly for teeth whitening and xrays were taken. I was told I need deep cleaning which was confusing because I see a dentist reguarly.I scheduled the cleaning with them and paid $82.00 for half of the upcoming visit 1/29/2024. Being a disabled veteran VA scheduled me an appointment for free so I cancelled with Crowns Now. It took several days to respond about the refund with memo syaing that they were typical charging for the "free consultation" for the xrays. I don't understand why you need xrays for teeth whitening. These guys are modern day scammers."

"I am very unsatisfied with the service! The dentist placed a crown for me but I continue to have dental pain. The office did not give clear information from the beginning because after three months they now tell me that I need a root canal and that I need to pay again for a follow up appointment. Dr. Andrew Bolt told me if I need something I can call anytime, but he is trying to charge me for another appointment even though I already paid almost $1000 for the initial dental work. It is incredible that they only care about money instead of providing good customer service and most importantly, providing good dental care."

"I got a referral for CrownsNow Greer from my dentist yesterday to get a root canal. I called the office yesterday and scheduled an appointment for Thurs 12/29/22 for 11:30. She said she would call me back so I could pay half of the fees. I never heard back so I called again today. The lady I spoke to today put me on hold and came back explaining the Dr couldn’t do it. She stated he looked at my X-rays and there is too much bone loss, which is odd because my dentist said my bone density was good and I wouldn’t need a crown. She seemed unsure of what to tell me, kept placing me on hold and couldn’t give me any clear answers other than I need to go to specialist….contrary to what my dentist told me before she gave me the referral. No one called me back from this office to follow up with me. When I called today, they made me feel like I didn’t matter and I was wasting their time. A potential customer should never feel this way. I’ve contacted my dentist to request a referral to a more professional and capable dental establishment. This place isn’t that."

"We moved here from Michigan about a year ago and went to a local dentist on Duncan Chapel road. After about a year, I needed to have a fair amount of dental work done and don't have Insurance. That dentist claimed he was giving me a 20 % discount but it still seemed expensive. I checked with Crowns Now in Greer and they were definitely more reasonable - like 200.00 less. I went in and had Dr Bott do a filling and a crown on my tooth. He explained things very well and ask several times if I was comfortable. The office staff was also very friendly and explained the cost. They set my appointments up and I was on my way with no problems. Wished I would have went here first."
