"My wife went in for a cap replacement for her upper left lateral incisor. After the initial consultation, the appointment for the replacement was cancelled and rescheduled upon arrival due to the lab sending the cap to the wrong location. Was not offered any reimbursement for the inconvenience nor did anyone inform her ahead of time of the mistake as to not waste her morning. The appointment for the replacement began with the dentist/technician not introducing himself upon entering the room. During the process, the assistant who was cementing in the tooth chipped the bottom corner of my wife's right central incisor. My wife called her out on it, to which she responded, "That's impossible." Well, it wasn't impossible. The assistant attempted a repair, but there is still noticeable damage. Again, no reimbursement was offered. Mistakes happen, but to not admit fault and say, "that's impossible, " is irresponsible and unprofessional. Will not be visiting again. "I am absolutely terrified of dentists. The smells, tastes, noises, feeling, etc. After dental work my mouth is always numb or tingling for at least a full day, if not longer. Don’t love hearing the drills from rooms around mine and wish they finished one patient at a time instead of going back and forth. That made my anxiety even higher. I would normally give 1 star to all dentists if they make me do a review so 3 is pretty good."

"Service and staff were very nice. Be careful about billing, have some sort of discussion about cost BEFORE work is done. New customers get a discount, but after that there’s a substantial increase. Even after a call back to try and negotiate fees, zero compromise. I will not be using them again!"
