"Not worth it. This place is a joke. We all pay full rent for a facility that is not even fully finished. Ive been locked on my balcony for a few hours with no help and no one to contact. Brand new apartment with things not working, dented or broken. Construction was never finished in accordance with our lease contract date of completion. My balcony door has been broken for a month and still not fixed. Dont waste your money here.. 2 or 3 of the building flood as well when it rains hard. Im sure mold is going to be an issue if not already.. They now have violated the lease by entering my garage without prior notification."
"The property is absolutely gorgeous, you feel like you are in a southern paradise. The amenities are the best in the area. Cheryl took me on my tour and I can't say enough good things about her! Samantha has the best laugh, they were so friendly and really cared about what was important to me. I can't wait to move to the Lorrel."
"I toured this new apartment complex in North Myrtle Beach. I had considered moving to the area, but my plans have changed. It was a really nice community and centrally located. I was impressed by the new construction and the really great staff. I worked with Samantha at The Lorrel and really appreciated her finding out what was most important to me and finding a match to that. She made me feel like the community would be a great place to live. I hope to still navigate a move to this complex in the future."
"Recently moved into the Lorrel a couple months ago, it’s my first “big girl” place and so far I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience! Sam & Cheryl are awesome, they have made this whole process incredibly easy and whenever I have questions they are more than happy to help. They’re very accommodating & sweet! They feel like friends! As for the apartment it’s beautiful & brand new. We got one of the 3 bedrooms & aside from some small scratches from the workers installing the oven, it’s was in perfect condition & beautiful. Nothing a cute kitchen rug couldn’t cover! We are in love with this place! Not to mention the FREE coffee machine I visit daily!"

Top notch amenities from granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, resort style pool with island style sun deck, and concierge services. We recently moved here with the help of Cheryl and Sam and could not be happier!"
