"I started renting here a month ago mind you I have never broken a lease before, high credit, and a family. I love the townhomes they are very nice, clean, maintenance seems like it would be quick. I already want to leave though due to the lack of privacy. I was given a warning on my first 2 weeks of being here bc someone was reported going in and out of my home. I’ve never lived in a place that monitored my home that closely and wouldn’t just ask me about it before sending a warning. They had maintenance come through the first week which make sure your items are put away very nosey man. I have cameras in my home which I am very glad I do. It’s now a month i’ve been there and property management is starting weekly inspections…ridiculous. I am so uncomfortable living here, I ended a lease early. I now will be penalized bc I am uncomfortable in my own home that I pay outrageous prices for. I am not a child, I do not need to be babysat. I could see this being a great neighborhood for elderly or a young college student living alone. If you are not a fan of HOA do not live here."
