The Sullivan Apartments

"These apartments are so big on the inside. It is spaced out properly. I went and applied, I was instantly assisted, I was completely informed on the application process and everything that needs to be filled out and brought in on my part. There was great communication very respectful. They kept in communication with me while my application was being processed and me and my family was able to get in by the next day. What good management. And a amazing layout. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."

"A 5star for sure just because of customer service with Kim. Unfortunately, I don’t get to move in though since I have to by Nov 1st, the application process took over 15 days. Where I currently live needs a 30 day notice, I was not sure if Sullivan would accept me, so I did not give that notice. Even with me living out of state there was no acception of holding the apartment at Sullivan through at least the 2nd week of November, in addition to giving them 200$ deposit but not giving me that grace. God is going to bless with a house! Watch. Thanks for the great customer service though."

"Applied for these apartments April 11th 2023 and I qualified for the apartments and turned in all my documents and even paid my deposit to secure my apartment then 2 days before I was suppose to move in I was told I don't qualify for income but i made 20k less than what the requirements were. I did the appeal 3 times was denied 2 more times with no reason behind it. I final get a call from the apartment office saying i was approved as of june 23rd and moved in on June 26th and these apartments are nice on the inside but some of these people out here are nasty and have no consideration for their neighbors. The people above me always fighting, cursing and yelling at 2am and 4am and sometimes 5hrs straight and baming and stomping as hard as they can. People kids leave trash everyone, used condoms on the ground and people don't pick up after their dogs. The police have been out here 7 or 8 times already it's crazy. They made the process so hard to get into the apartments but it seems like they will let anyone live here which is crazy. I can never get in contact with the office unless I go in-person but that's hard to do when you work during the day. This is why it's so hard to find affordable apartments because people just don't know how to keep things nice."

"Very nice apartments but it’s so nasty out here. Trash everywhere! Definitely not Dog friendly as they say because there’s only 1 big trash dump and no dog friendly poop trash areas . Residents don’t pick up after their animals. Glass all in the grass , random items like screw drivers laying around in grass , paper , bottles .. other stuff & the trash dump they have it’s all the way at the front office.they need valet trash if that’s the case . This could be a nice complex if they keep things more clean."
