"Upon further and extensive review of Blue Devil Products; the customer service was patient and diligent in dealing with me as a customer. The representative made every effort to ensure that I was following the instructions properly and my car was taken care of at every turn. As it turned out, I, as a regular consumer, was mistaken in thinking ANY addictive product could fix an inevitable major mechanical repair: which was a blown head gasket, cracked engine block, replaced and blown radiator. I failed to head their warnings and the instructions on the bottle. (letting a certified mechanic add the product and follow all of the appropriate steps) I would highly recommend, and encourage, anyone to try the Blue Devil product line. The are respectful, hard working and appreciate every customer that uses their products. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering buying their products. I owe Blue Devil products and the customer service representative/department a huge apology for any misdirected frustration I may have had in the past. "Bought oil stop leak bottle, now normally I use Lucas in my tank, trans, an crankcase. Watched a few videos on this BLUE devil stuff, bought it yesterday in Troy, IL, poured it in my crankcase and within 100 miles, all leaking stopped. I'm a believer in using this product, and I recommend it highly."

"1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL with 64,000 miles on it. My mom was an older lady and only drove it once or maybe twice a week, so the gaskets were pretty stiff. Our very trustworthy and wonderful mechanic said that it had a blown head gasket, proven to himself by putting a tracer ink in the radiator and seeing the antifreeze and oil coming out from everywhere. He would fix it for a paltry $500.00 instead of some of the other estimates I read about on line, such as $1600.00 I came across Blue Devil Head Gasket repair and found a quart costs around $65.00 at NAPA. Most of the reviews were very good so we gave it a try. I bought 3 gallons of anti-freeze, one new thermostat, and the quart of BD Head Gasket Sealer for around $115.00 or a bit more, total. My mechanic followed the instructions to a 'T', did EVERYTHING as directed on the bottle, flushing the system, using half the bottle, as per the car's coolant capacity, letting it run for 50 minutes, then putting in the new thermostat, etc. It took two days to fully work and now there is NO antifreeze on my carport floor, and only 2 quarter sized dots of oil, so obviously it's working. I will update as the month wears on and let you all know how it's doing. For BD Head Gasket Repair, 5 stars and a thumbs up! November 2018: the Blue Devil worked for about three weeks, then the whole thing, the leaking of water and antifreeze, started all over again leaving big spots on my carport floor. I don't recommend this product."

"If I could give zero stars right now I would. I put this stuff in a 99 Honda CRV. It seal the thermostat so bad that NO coolant could flow thru the system. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I called to speak with someone at Blue Devil and the guy was so rude when i was trying to explain what had happened. I have over 30 years of experience and have used this product alot but after this there is no way in hell I will ever use it again! Customer service SUCKS!!!!"
