"Disappointed. I rode with Raissa via Uber, referred her to a friend, who was flying in. It took Raissa 45 minutes to get to the airport from downtown Charleston. She never told us the rate beforehand. For a 15-minute ride, we were charged $68. I don’t recommend. We texted her after and she said, “Sorry” and that was it. For a customer service ‘professional’; I do not recommend at all."
