"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by the staff. When I visited to inquire about my road hazard insurance, I received numerous excuses for not honoring my warranty. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was threatened with the condition that I would lose my drivetrain warranty if I didn't purchase all four tires. (the first guy started with two tires) Additionally, I was informed that my warranty would only provide a mere $30 credit, leaving me responsible for covering the costs. Despite showing them evidence of my damaged and deteriorating tire, they displayed a lack of concern for my safety. Moreover, my tires were still in good condition with ample tread, and I felt overwhelmed by unnecessary technicalities. The staff seemed more focused on telling me how wrong my car is, leaving me feeling ambushed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Considering the unsatisfactory experience with Nissan, the Road Hazard insurance, and the unhelpful staff, I am seriously contemplating whether they are worth my continued business."
"The overall experience was great as this was my second time purchasing from this dealership in 15 months. The day we purchased, through no fault of their own, a finance person failed to show up for work and one person had to care for all the customers. We were there for six hours, but everyone was courteous and hospitable during the whole experience."
