"Had a tensioner pulley fail on my Jeep New Year’s Day. Left it where it was that night since there wasn’t anything open. Looked at reviews for the shops nearby and found this place. Stopped in the shop the next day and asked a few questions. As a result, decided to have my vehicle towed here. They were honest and upfront, setting expectations early. Pleasantly surprised when they finished on time and at the expected cost. I’ll try their services a couple more times before I make them my absolute go-to, but they’re off to a great start!"

"2020 Kia Sportage SUV I called this shop in a panic because the original mechanic that I asked for help could not help me and I freak out when the littlest thing happens to my car…. Lol but anywho, I called John’s Auto Care because I had a brake light out on the driver side of my car. I changed the bulb twice and checked the socket and everything looked fine. I do not have any wiring skills but I felt like this may be the culprit. John’s Auto Care made me a same day appointment and his customer service was amazing, he explained to me what may have been the cause and also gave me a rough estimate for a potential repair. I am extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from this shop and I highly recommend them! You won’t be sorry! They are all very professional. The waiting area was comfy and quiet and I just enjoyed the overall experience! Oh and they have a kid play area! How cute ☺️& most importantly- the costs were very very reasonable and extremely lower than a dealership!"

"I highly recommend John's Auto Care. When other auto mechanics were unable to repair my 2003 Chevy Tahoe's air conditioning system because Chevrolet discontinued some needed parts, John spend the time finding the parts and fixed it. The costs were reasonable and had he not helped me, I'd be forced to replace the car. It's 20 years old but has low mileage and it's been highly reliable. Thanks John and his talented mechanics for saving the day. He's now my go to auto mechanic because he cares for the customers he proudly serves. Would give 6 stars if allowed!"

"This is our absolutely the most favorite car care place to go to! Our family takes our cars over there for all we need. A couple times we had to wait a few days for the issue to be addressed and we were told ahead of time that will take a few days. This was working for us, and considering that the repairs needed were much more affordable here we waited. We love John's Auto Care!"
