“Excellent vets practice, i was registered elsewhere and had to have my girl put to sleep, my old vets contacted me several times all quoting different costs, were not sympathetic in the slightest. I called this vets after a recommendation and they were lovely, they registered my details, got me a same day appointment, and could not have been more helpful if they tried.”

“We adopted a rescue dog and had to get the records from the Rescue centre's vet to ours, The Pet Vet, Balby. I had to ring the The Pet Vet a couple of times and was always met with a warm and friendly attitude. Today I was frustrated as the records had not been sent and was told to get the Vet Pet to ring the old vets. I rang and spoke to Helen on reception. Helen could not have been more helpful and reassuring and assured me that she would ring and see how it could be sorted. Helen rang me back 10 minutes later reporting success and that the records had now been received, I will now be visiting The Vet Pet with confidence and secure in the knowledge that I made the right choice of vets. Thank you all and in particular Helen you are an asset to the company.”
