“Worth every single penny! Malik in my eyes in an absolute miracle worker. He's so compassionate, attentive and has the best practice ethic. I really cannot recommend him enough. My story; 7 years ago a car accident left me with chronic hip pain and major sleep issues. No specialist was able to figure out the root cause to the pain so I was left taking really strong painkillers. I'd tried everything possible from physio/chiropractor to cupping and steroid injections which had little to no affect. I'd even tried acupuncture with another clinic but this too didn't seem to help. One night (when I was completely at my wits end) with the excruciating pain and sleepless nights i took to google to find someone who could help. That's when Malik's practice came up with the most astonishing reviews. I took the plunge and emailed him. Within a few days i was booked in for my consultation and first acupuncture appointment. I was pretty sceptical but i wanted it to work so badly I kept an open mind. It was hard to tell after the first appointment as to whether it had helped at all but as Malik reminded me, I'd had the pain for so long I may feel little to no effects right away or for a couple of sessions. However by my third session I could definitely feel something was happening so i decided to try and stop my medication, and i did! 3 months later (my last appointment) my pain had completely gone, I was opioid free and sleeping really well at night. Fast forward to today (Oct '22), 2 months after stopping my treatment I am still completely pain free! Thank you Malik, for absolutely everything you have done for me, and my family! “The only fault that I have found is that sometimes takes a very long time to answer the telephone even to the point it cuts off and you have to ring again. The reception staff are always polite and obliging to me and have not had a problem, probably talk to them with respect, I do not seem to have a problem booking an appointment that suits me. I only try to see one of two doctors , both of who have been brilliant with my ailments and they both seem to be of the same opinion unlike a lot of doctors who have different opinions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.”

“Having been a patient at this practice for 7 years, I have been very pleased overall with the level of service. I have never been denied a same day appointment on the few occasions I have need such, for myself or my Daughter. I would think 95% of my appointments have been within 5 mins of stated time, and I have never felt rushed during an appointment, and have had my questions answered, even when requiring long answers. It can be frustrating when trying to get through on the phone to the repeat prescription line, and sometimes to the receptionists, but I can imagine this is a universal situation. Happy with the service, the staff and the Doctors. Recommended :-)”
