“Definitely the best Cavern in Castleton, wear good grip footwear as there is a steep climb up the steps and slope and up to the entrance, but has a useful handrail, and in the Cavern and back down to the road. Inside the Cavern it's stunning and the ceiling is quite low so watch your head and make sure you have something warm to put on as it's quite cold. Staff are very helpful and friendly, shop is well stocked and café has reasonable prices as well parking is free.”

“I telephoned Paul, in a panic, after having dark brown dye spilt on a cream carpet yesterday. All of my attempts to remove the stain had failed and this morning the stain was still not a lot better. Paul came out within 2 hours of me phoning him to assess the problem and, after some effort and skill on his part,, managed to remove the stain and clean the remaining carpet area. Fantastic result all done at, fortunately, short notice and done a few days before Christmas too.
