“I recently spent the day in the day surgery unit and I must say from arriving at 7am to leaving at around 15.30 every person I met from the Nurses who checked me in and walked me to theatre, the Anesthetist, Registrar, Consultant, recovery Nurses and the Nurses who cared for me on the day care ward where outstanding. They were all very friendly whilst professional, they could not do enough for me and everyone they cared for. I watched them together and they all plended as a team, rare in the NHS but Barnsley Hospital excels at it. Thank you”
