“Having had a bad experience at a previous hairdressers I was nervous having my hair dyed again but as soon as I came in Molly was so lovely, friendly and welcoming which put me instantly at ease. Molly sat me down and explained everything in detail so I understood clearly and really took her time with me to find out what I was wanting to achieve. Molly was so lovely and booked me an appointment that was convenient for myself and I left feeling happy and looking forward to having my hair done. When I arrived for my hair appointment I was greeted really nicely and welcoming by another lady and asked to take a seat. When Molly came out she offered me a drink and again was really lovely and kind and put me instantly at ease she sat me down she went through again what I was wanting to achieve and again I felt really resured. Molly made sure she explained everything to me throughout doing my hair and that I was happy with everything at every stage. From start to finish i had the best hair experience by far and i felt the end result of my hair was by far better than I could have ever imagined and I'm over the moon with how great it looks and feels. I went in with a rough idea of blondish highlights for my curly hair and my stylist new exactly what he was doing and I've come away with caramel blonde, cute as anything, low maintenance highlights with a little bit framing the face.
