“Having had a bad experience at a previous hairdressers I was nervous having my hair dyed again but as soon as I came in Molly was so lovely, friendly and welcoming which put me instantly at ease. Molly sat me down and explained everything in detail so I understood clearly and really took her time with me to find out what I was wanting to achieve. Molly was so lovely and booked me an appointment that was convenient for myself and I left feeling happy and looking forward to having my hair done. When I arrived for my hair appointment I was greeted really nicely and welcoming by another lady and asked to take a seat. When Molly came out she offered me a drink and again was really lovely and kind and put me instantly at ease she sat me down she went through again what I was wanting to achieve and again I felt really resured. Molly made sure she explained everything to me throughout doing my hair and that I was happy with everything at every stage. From start to finish i had the best hair experience by far and i felt the end result of my hair was by far better than I could have ever imagined and I'm over the moon with how great it looks and feels.
