"Been visiting this place for years and never had a problem. But I have to say after today I don't think I will be going back. Not happy with my hair cut at all. Felt the the hairdresser couldn't be bothered, found some long bits of hair, she didn't finish my fridge off how I asked her to, and I found her and the assistant very rude and you could tell the pair of them didn't want to be there. Such a shame as I say I've been going for years but after today I will not be going back."
