The Medicine Pediatrics Primary Care Clinic, located at 245 Chapman Street in Providence, Rhode Island, is a certified pediatric primary care medical home that provides high-quality, family- and patient-centered care for children and youth. Ellen E. Flynn, MD is a psychiatrist specializing in Women’s Behavioral Medicine at the Women’s Medicine Collaborative in Providence, Rhode Island. She is a clinical associate professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is board certified in psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. Dr. Flynn received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed her residency at the same institution. She also holds a master of theological studies degree from Harvard Divinity School. As a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, Dr. Flynn is passionate about mindfulness-based interventions in healthcare. She is the director of the Resilience Project at the Embodied Neuroscience Lab and serves as a faculty advisor to the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Patients can find Dr. Flynn at the Lifestyle Medicine Center, where she offers MBSR classes and specializes in perinatal psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry.

Dr. Bhatt has been a valued member of the medical community since joining the faculty in August 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of South Carolina, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. With a strong research background focusing on the relationship between glycemic control and outcomes of ischemic stroke, Dr. Bhatt is well-equipped to address a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
