"Honestly, is it possible to give less than a one star review? This woman categorized me based on another doctor’s diagnosis and spoke to me like I had committed a crime by being pregnant. I met her resident and spoke politely with her resident for more than 45 minutes. I trusted this resident with personal history of trauma. After I spilled my heart out to this resident, “Dr. Ellen Flynn, MD” came into the room, and also asked my fiancé to leave the room. She then very unprofessionally said to me, that the people with my diagnosis are the ones that “end up on the news” for morbid reasons that I am not going to include in this review. This woman has never once met me and made an extremely poor judgement, based on reading a file with a diagnosis. I’ll never go back to see this unprofessional ever again. She belittled and spoke down to me, from the minute she walked into the room. I am coating all of this lightly, as this is a public review in my name.. I left with my fiancé in tears and told him everything she said. He agrees it was absolutely uncalled for to say what she did. I have also told my personal obstetrician what she has said to me, in quote. We are all dumbfounded by this woman. This was my very first time meeting Ellen Flynn, and she had a lot of hate to spew within the 5-10 minutes she actually came out to speak with me, instead of her resident. I will never go to this West River Street Lifespan location again, should I become pregnant again in the future- because of this doctor. I am now 5 months postpartum and loving life, despite all of the horrors that Ellen Flynn guaranteed would happen and implanted in my head while meeting her. I will never forget what she said and how she treated me, which was beyond unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust her with any patient."
