Dr. Bliss attended Ithaca College and The University of Rochester School of Medicine before completing her pediatric training at Golisano Children's Hospital/Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. With eight years of experience in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital and Hasbro Children's Hospital, Dr. Bliss joined Coastal Waterman Pediatrics in 2009. "Find a Doctor" is a service operated by Lifespan, Rhode Island's first health system, which includes all physicians on the medical staffs of Lifespan-affiliated hospitals. The selection of physicians is based on individual needs and preferences, with search results listing physicians employed or contracted with Lifespan first, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians in Lifespan's network of affiliated providers.
