The lady was very kind to my grandson and she was able to answer all of his questions about budgies (he has ADHD and ASD and believe me when I say that he had loads of questions lol!!!) “We have used Louise numerous time for our 5 dogs (4 collies and a spaniel). Our collies are alway in such a muddy and matted mess when they go in as are quite shaggy coated, with one being very nervous natured but Louise always does a marvellous job at making them look like pristine pooches and is very calm with them so even our nervous one relaxes for grooming - the only groomer we have used that has been able to do this!!! Our spaniel is also always getting covered in burrs and Louise always makes him look fantastic and is very good with sorting his ears out - couldn’t recommend highly enough!! Very good service and value for money!”
