“Absolutely superb service. We purchased a premium pool robot which we then took abroad to a small Greek island. Unfortunately the unit developed a fault, and required a visit back to the retailer. Jon went far above what was required with practical and pragmatic assistance to help me get the defective part back to the shop, 1500 miles away from the dead robot, where it was replaced under warranty with no quibble or argument. This is what I want from a small business - flexible, personal service and a willingness to adapt the normal procedure to help your customer, and Pool Supplies went above and beyond to deliver exactly that. “Absolutely brilliant park, with so much to do! We could have spent hours at the water play, with the big wheel, and gates letting water gush out. Then there are lots of climbing frames, swings, a trampoline, zip line and lots of musical structures. Right next to the cafe too ☺️”

Malcolm and his team that delivered it were brilliant and very professional and they got it installed with no problems at all, they even made a concrete base for it to sit on so that it was level. “I first used Paramount over 15 years ago. Their aquamatic cover has been brilliant for our outside pool. It was a life saver almost 10 years ago when the road flooded and we had all sorts of debris on the cover as a result. We cleared it off and bingo, it worked. Last spring a father and son team came out to replace our cover. They were polite, efficient and once more our pool is like new. I would recommend them.”

They are really caring, when she had an operation they checked in with me weekly on how she was. Our dog has a wonderful time with all of the other dogs she is well looked after and comes home and goes straight to sleep. Would highly recommend!”
