“was served by Dru on the tills today and just wanted to say how lovely & friendly they were! watched them help two customers before me and they were incredibly patient & lovely, one was struggling with a return and they just dealt with it so politely, then helped the other couple sort out their money as they were uncertain of the correct currency. Again, they were so patient and friendly with them, explained everything super clearly without being patronising at all, was just really nice to see such a nice & kind person. I struggled to get through to Argos on the phone but once I did they told me to come here. The things that you think are bargains are not as you get the same in normal supermarkets but what you get in poundland is in smaller packets/tins/boxes. Okay for a look around but wouldn't frequent the place. Staff are not likeable either!”
