We wanted to send a rather large round rug to the UK and both Adrian and Diana were very friendly, helpful and genuine from the start. Adrian came to our place to inspect and to advise. He was neither pushy nor presumptuous and advised us as a friend would without expecting any business from us. Our rug was very carefully packed and Diana sent detailed photos of the packaging for our approval before it was dispatched. The rug arrived well within the time frame provided by Adrian and Diana. They are very efficient and professional in their work and their pricing is very competitive. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs packing and sending.”
