● Closed291 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson WA 6030, Australia“i came here last saturday morning, i was expecting good (especially for the price), but what i got was absolutely exceptional. the tea has so many vitamins and health benefits in it, not to mention how many flavour selections there are. when i got my tea i was convinced it was loaded with sugar and preservatives, when i found out it was clean, i could not believe it. for the price, you get an amazing amount, it honestly lasted me throughout half of my 8 hour shift (and the ice didnt even melt!). the waffles were amazing as well, she is very generous with the toppings which makes it well worth it. most protein waffles i find have a doughy and thick texture, but they honestly tasted better than regular waffles, they were fluffy and light. from here on out i only want to drink tea and eat waffles from here. the owner is so lovely, she has the sweetest nature to her. if i could give 10 stars i would!!! mwah!!”
