“I visited this store whilst shopping on a Monday afternoon. The store was clean, tidy and well maintained. I was welcomed by Daniel who provided me some fashionable advice and recommendations. Daniel was attentive and honest with his advice, I personally felt he had excellent communication skills and knowledge of the store. Truly a remarkable individual employed by Connor. Nell called around the other stores to see if they were available and called to make sure the instore swap was ok. It wasn't even her problem to fix. She couldn't have been more helpful. “On a busy Saturday, I turned up here with my 11 and 13 year old nieces, although the place was buzzing we were attended to by a lovely lady named Kim, she has the patience of a saint, we left with 2 girls who were very happy with their very nice new boots and shoes, again thanks Kim you are a star!”

“Stopped in on the way home from a FIFO flight and was expecting a shop rather than a kiosk but the very nice young lady there had what I wanted and at a good price as well. Then the EFTPOS went down which was the last thing that one needed after flying home from night shift. While waiting for that to reboot and I did suggest swearing at it or threatening it with a large hammer and a very nice conversation took place with great interest in what I did. All that I wanted to do was get a pair of UGG Boots and go home to bed but how she dealt with the problem and conversation really made my day! Keep it up you guys. The world needs more of this”

“So good City Beach has always been one of my favourites. I had never been to the one at DFO before. Was looking for a singlet bather top, they had one, 20$ can't get better than that. Will definitely be going to their DFO outlet again.”
