“The food is very tasty and good value for money. They do takeaways specials as well for mains from $8 and up as well as handrolls specials. Quaint little place just outside the shopping centre. Must try the katsu don with egg toppings. Service to clear the tables can be faster but no fault as it's mostly done by 1 staff.”

In a recent move to Perth, after a number of hit and (mostly) misses, this Jaws is easily the best we've had.
