“My experience here was exceptional from start to finish. I went in having advised Chris over the phone that I probably had either a faulty battery or a faulty alternator. To my pleasant surprise, David informed me after having run the (very reasonably-priced) diagnostic that it was the less expensive problem, which was then fixed. He also showed me evidence of Peter's incidental finding of fraying to the drive belt, with the recommendation that it be replaced and a quote for that job, for which I returned in a couple of days. The old belt — upon inspection after removal — was clearly in worse shape than we had thought, so I am very glad Peter caught it. Also, the belt replacement cost me significantly less than the amount quoted because the job didn't take as long as they had estimated; I don't think I have ever had that happen before. I was kept informed at all times; the attention to detail was excellent, and the integrity refreshing. I recommend Rockingham Auto Electrics without hesitation. (The coffee is excellent as well!)”

“I've been going to see Craig and the crew for many years. At one stage we had 4 cars. They do our servicing and any other work as needed. I've never had any issues with anything they've done. It's all explained and written up very clearly. I've only ever broken down once and I had it towed straight to them. They just fixed an oxygen sensor on my wife's Ford at less than half the price of Ford, and using a genuine sensor. Rockingham Automasters, thank you!”
