“I’d like to take a moment to provide some very positive feedback on our experience with the Rick & Co. team. We visited over a week ago looking for an oven, cooktop and rangehood. This was a very challenging experience as our oven is a 700mm Smeg with minimal replacement options, the cooktop cut out was odd sized with minimal replacement options and the rangehood flue size also out of the ordinary. We would like to recognise and thank our consultant’s efforts for taking the time to explore all options with us over several visits to the store. His dedication to help us was second to none. Our budget was medium but we were treated as high end customers. Not only did we receive exceptional advice we had a great time during the process. Due to the knowledge of staff, the friendly and professional interactions and the second to none store presentation we will certainly be approaching Hart & Co. for all of our future appliance purchases before any other provider. Shaun even took note of our undersized wiring from the street and put in an appropriate main switch for safety and compliance. “We bought our dining table, entertainment unit and coffee table from here and we can’t recommend them enough. Everything was straight forward they told us the wait time was 6 weeks for all of it and they’d give us a call when it was ready for final payment and to book a delivery date. The wait was only 3 weeks and when they called they were able to deliver only 2 days later and were here right on time. Very happy”
