“In early 2020, my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 primary-school-age children) needed a place to live while our house was being renovated. We rented a townhouse from Dowler Apartments at 200 Rokeby Rd ("Quorta") in Subiaco. We stayed for 10 months (significantly longer than we'd originally planned). This was an entirely positive experience from start to finish. Chris and Connie made us feel welcome. The fully furnished apartment was spotlessly clean, faultlessly well-equipped, and ideally located for strolling around Subiaco. I recommend Dowler Apartments without reservation. If I needed to rent again, I would seek them out.”

“Called up and was offered a room for a couple that night at 15% off. On arrival, I was offered a seat and was given an upgrade with a view. Then I was informed I would get a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese platter would be delivered to the room shortly. ADDITIONALLY they gave us drink vouchers for the rooftop restaurant. VERY IMPRESSED. Clean and modern. Beautiful bathroom products that smelled amazing. Kettle and bar fridge too. Administration professional, with an emailed receipt of payment. Only downside is $15 parking and $100 bond for fridge condiments. My preference is pay only for condiments if I use them rather than a lump sum and waiting for it to come back into the bank account days later.”

“We stayed overnight on 30 Dec 2022. The host was very helpful . There is no designated parking (for motorist) although the motel has plenty of parking. It is well located in Perth. The rooms are clean, well maintained and properly equipped for overnight stays. Great place to stay.”

“Amazing service. Such a lovely and quaint place to stay, very convenient location, barely 5 minutes from the Leederville station and right near a 24 hour IGA. Hosts were just amazing, so generous and accommodating to any requirements I had. Breakfast was amazing. Will definently be coming back here as soon as I can!”

“Very nice and clean apartment, ideal for couples. Convenient and quiet location by Kings Park. PerthCity is a 5-minute walk away and there is also a bus stop nearby. Our support by Larissa was excellent. Very nice contact and always available. We can only recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning soon.”

“I Booked flights to bali through webjet and after booking realised I had to change a flight for one of my daughters. Webjet couldn't help as they had no access to air asia and when we contacted air Asia they were totally useless and couldn't split the booking. So i dropped in to see Richard at Hello World Subiaco who managed to split the booking and change the booking all with no fuss and at no cost. I will now be booking my flights through him and not online. Amazing how the airline and the booking agent couldnt change the flights yet Richard did it all with no fuss, thanks heaps richard”

“We rented within the building for a year and the experience overall was the best tenancy experience I've ever had! Amy & Donna are very accommodating and do a great job of maintaining the building to a high standard! The building itself is very thought out, great facilities and overall next level! Great tenant selection made the living experience very pleasant with no disruptions or noise issues. It was hard to leave but Melbourne was calling us back. Very much loved living at Element 27.”

“Short term rentals are flats in a small apartment complex. The flats are simple but fully equipped. What makes the place attracting is the location. The complex is surrounded by big trees and there are three (!!) parks with playgrounds just steps away. Also the train station of Daglish is at a distance of 200m making CBD and Freemantle easily accessible. Last but not least, the owner is a nice, friendly guy.”
