“OMG.. these people are incredible. My wife and I have had our share of problems in life during 32 years of marriage and having 2 kids.. our marriage didn't quite get through the COVID pandemic and we separated in Sept 2020. Since then I have retained our homa but we agreed to sell it sooner or later and split proceeds . But very generously gave me 6 weeks to sell. We ended up signing a contract with Bianca McKenzie from professionals Rockingham, now called el Elders Real estate Rockingham... I gave her a copy of the letter from the bank and she knew it needed to be sold quicky.. 5 weeks goes by and my. Brother noticed our hoke hadn't been displayed on any reap estate advertising sites at all.. it was true, she hadn't even listed our property for sale knowing it would be repossessed. I tried messaging her, calling her but nothing and no return messages or calls.. so I called the PO whee of elders Rockingham and told them we would no longer list with them. This was on a Monday.. I called Paige Murray from Acton RE Baldivis office and Paige came to do an appraisal on the following Thursday and Lee Murray came around on Sunday so I could sign a content with Acton to list, also their photographer had been over in the morning doing his part and taking photos... So the house showed up on all the major RE websites just after 6pm on Thursday evening and by 9pm Thursday the property was very popular online. Lee called me and asked if they could bring people through the next day, Wednesday and if it was ok to have the first home open on Saturday at 10am. Lee and Paige never stopped showing people through for the rest of that week. Home open begins on Saturday at 10am. I watched from the steel tree park over the road and I've never seen or had that many people in my house ever. It was incredible. Anyway they received 3 offers after the home open on daty”
