“My Brand new Tesla Model 3 got rear ended just 3 days after I got it. Was very frustrating and the worst was trying to get it repaired. Went to couple of other Tesla approved places and they didn’t have any availability for the next 3-4 months at least . ( one place even refused to assess the car for a month !) however Bowra in Osborne park , recommended me Reneew and I booked in an assessment the next day. Sadeep the assessor was really friendly and professional and let me know what needs to be done . RAC put through the claim quickly and I gave the car to get fixed on a Monday . I got the car back by Wednesday afternoon which was unbelievable. The repair was perfect and it’s really like brand new. They kept me informed by text every step of the way as well. They even charged my car when I went to pick it up. The premises is worldclass and state of the art . Highly Recommend”

“This place put right what Romanos had done wrong on a towbar replacement - electrical connectors mounted underneath the towbar. Duh! Schultz shifted them to the top where they would not be damaged by rocks etc. Very polite and helpful. Did a really neat job in one day. Very pleased - highly recommended.”
