“Cuddles Bertram is without question the most friendly and professional centre we have attended. The staff in all the rooms are exceptional and both my children have excelled in their care. We have been with cuddles for the past 4years and have had nothing but a positive experience with the centre. Rachelle is a friendly and welcoming face to see each day and made our transistion from another centre and when my youngest started an effortless process. Along with the other staff members they treat my sons like their own. I can not speak highly enough of them all and this centre is an absolute credit to Cuddles.”

“Our daughter attended this centre back in 2013 we had arrived from overseas and our daughter was feeling insecure in a new country at the age of 4 - it wasn't that easy for us either as we had no-one to take care of our young one before and after school! This centre gave us all the support we needed. Our daughter was happy from day one! and that is what counts for us parents. It was her second home where she grew, learnt, played and had fun! She always felt welcomed! We have now (2016) departed Australia but want to thank Joy the owner. Joy is a lovely and caring person always there for the children! She cares for those young ones as if they are all her children well done Joy thank you for your kindness, support and Professionalism!!! You have an excellent team and have done a wonderful job! Well done!!!”

“We have 2 children who attend, 1 infant and 1 school aged. We have found the staff to be lovely, they have a huge variety in activities for the kids and are very hands on. They really care for each individual child, as opposed to previous franchise based daycares that we have tried.”

Unfortunately they are >16yo so does not meet their intake requirements however Clinical Nurse Specialist Barbara Kennedy provided the most excellent service with going out of her way to provide me with resources and suggestions for the family. I am really grateful. It is such a challenging time at the moment with huuuge waitlists for private developmental paediatricians and the flow on of stretching the limited services we do have in the public system.”

All of the equiptment was extreamly clean and amazing qaulity I honestly could not fault their service, We can't wait to use them again highly reccomend to anyone wanting to have a little extra fun at their party xx”
