Despite the fact that I was a bit indecisive at first, he patiently listened to my requests and made some excellent recommendations based on my needs. He even took the time to explain the different features of the products I was interested in, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Throughout our interaction, I couldn't help but notice how professional and courteous this gentleman was. He displayed a genuine passion for his job and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. In the end, I left the shop feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also appreciative of the excellent service I had received. I would highly recommend this short Indian man with short hair to anyone looking for a helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. The prices of toys are pricier than online stores but I love that it is a shop where I can ask for recommendations and have a feel for the toy myself. If I see a toy I like to buy for my kids, especially the bigger item ones, I take note of it and purchase it during their sales time. Sales time is super busy in the store but its worth going as the staff and stuff are brilliant.”
