“My washing machine broke and like most people, I wanted a new one as soon as possible. I phoned the usual big chain stores and the wait was between 5 and 14 days to have one delivered. I thought I'd try Fridge and washer city, found the one I wanted via their website at the O'Conner store. Contacted them, paid for it over the phone and it was delivered the next day with the old one taken away. When I thought my old machine started working again shortly after ordering the new one, they were very knowledgeable about why it would break down again...it did. I can't speak highly enough of their service.”
