The Wildlands Conservancy Historic Boat House, located at 101 East Walnut Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, offers a unique and educational paddling experience on the Lehigh River. Visitors can book a private Bike & Boat Adventure for their friends, school group, or corporate team. The adventure begins with a scenic 3.9-mile bike ride along the D&L Trail, where guides share the history of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor. Once at Canal Park, participants trade their bikes for canoes and paddle back down the river, surrounded by nature and wildlife. A stop on a natural river island allows for lunch, snacks, or even a campfire with smores. The trip offers views of the Bethlehem Steel Stacks and showcases the "metro-wilderness" of the urban Lehigh River.
