"I had my wedding party here to get our nails down the day before my wedding. All of our fingernails are perfect! However, my honeymoon toenails look like this after 1 day!! I can’t go back to fix them bc we left the day after wedding. Extremely unsatisfied to walk around my entire honeymoon with these horrible gel toenails! Do not recommend if you’re going here and have no time for touch-ups. Completely ruined my honeymoon toes bc now I have to walk around with ugly feet :("

"Ann's is a great salon with technicians that do a great job. You are never rushed through there, so sometimes there is a wait. They also seem to show their techs to work independently, so they will not bump you to another technician if yours is running behind. Just know that your technician will ALWAYS do a good job and be sure you are satisfied. I have lived in the area for years and been to many nail salons, but once I found Anna there has been no comparison. I followed her to Ann's when she started here. It is more expensive than some other places, but for me it is worth it to have my nails done perfectly every time!! She has never cut me once. My nails are always shaped perfectly. No bumps. My fingers don't hurt when I leave! She is also a wonderful human being who cares about her clients! I have brought my daughter and step daughter with me here and they have both had great experiences and been very happy with their nails! There are a few improvements I would like to see. The baskets of color swatches need organized badly. They are not clearly marked. They are also not in any kind of order. If I'm looking for pink I have to look through every bundle of swatches. I only get dip on my fingers and gel on my toes, but many things are not marked for dip. I'll pick a color and Anna will find out if they have it and substitute something close if needed. The salon I used to go to had this area very organized and clearly marked, so I miss that. Also, since they have a free beverage service, it would be nice to be offered that when you check in at the front desk. I always have to ask."
