They walked me through the steps needed for me to balance the chemicals every time I went in with a water sample...and my pool was beautiful without any problems all summer. They all answered my many questions throughout the season patiently and thoroughly, and they are the reason my summer was a pool success. "There is one girl here that I am absolutely in love with, however, this one star review is attributed to the service department that my mother paid just under $400 to open her pool this year. It was a brand new pool. The installers drilled holes into it. They attached both the pump m, heater and ladder improperly; it took me four trips to Valley pools in order to remedy the issues. They didn’t put any diatomaceous earth inside in order to filter the water. She paid $75 for a cover cleaning, but they refused to do it whenever they got there. My 70 year old mother did it herself and asked for a refund on this portion of the installation; the assistant manager pulled up a faulty receipt on their system and made her feel crazy. I took over from there. The woman at the service department that I have contacted 3 ways has said that she will simply give store credit but will not refund the cost of installation. She has stopped responding to phone calls and email. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and possibly small claims court. Absurd!"
