"This public park opened a couple of years ago, and it is named after the community organizer Frankie Pace. The park covers part of the interstate highway to reconnect the Hill District neighborhood with the downtown area. The park consists of three acres of paths, benches, grassy lawns, trees, rain gardens, a bus stop, etc. I visited this park on a cold and rainy day, and I imagine that local residents and employees use and enjoy this park more on warm, sunny days."
"Retreated to this barren wasteland as part of a company building fire drill and every moment was torture. No shade, the concrete serves as the only seating and it marks your clothes with dust, no water features (truly felt like a desert), and no railings. Awful."
"This is a lovely park! It's right over the highway and was designed to connect downtown to the Hill district. I was a bit confused as to why Google was showing the park right above the highway at first since you don't really feel you're over the highway when you're at the park. I unfortunately couldn't investigate the park much since the two days I visited it, it was raining. It has some art, such as the city maps in the pictures below (but I noticed my pictures didn't capture much detail). The lights, benches and other structures are all designed nicely. There is some historical info and stuff for kids too. I didn't see a playground but maybe I missed it."
