Welcome to The Consumer Satisfaction Team, Inc. (CST) – a pioneering non-profit organization located at 520 North Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since our inception in 1990, we've been dedicated to amplifying the voices of individuals and families navigating publicly funded behavioral health services. Our unique team is entirely comprised of individuals in recovery from mental illnesses and/or substance use, as well as family members of those who have experienced similar challenges. In partnership with the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities (DBHIDS), CST is committed to gathering and relaying crucial feedback from service users and their families. Our mission is clear: to ensure that individuals, families, and communities are educated and empowered to achieve health, well-being, and self-determination according to their expressed needs and desires.
