Our caregivers are trained to recognize behavioral triggers and use redirection techniques to help manage challenging dementia behaviors, promoting independence for as long as possible.

- Memory Screening Site: ComForCare of Northwest Pittsburgh is an approved Memory Screening Site by the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.

Services Offered:

- In-Home Evaluations: We conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations and interviews with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans tailored to the individual’s specific needs.

- Daily Living Assistance: Our dedicated caregivers can assist with a variety of daily activities, whether it’s a few times per week or 24-hour care. Services include but are not limited to:

- Personal care

- Meal preparation

- Medication reminders

- Light housekeeping

- Companionship
