When I tried to go this evening - Google, their website, and their door all state they’re open until 8 pm but I arrived at 7:10 pm and they were closed, lights out."

"I do not recommend this location. They scammed me by overcharging my co-pay. I’ve called several times and left several messages to dispute the charges and never received a response. 1/23/24 update: The owner likes to claim that I’m referring to a different location because my name here is not on their file. That’s a false claim. I am referring to the Willow Grove location and they know they are a scam. I’ve been calling them to handle my billing concern for almost a year now. No response. "terrible experience getting a covid test with my parents. awful attendant and staff on premises. Now they want me to write a review to further their nomination for the best something something awards. They duped me out of USD 600 cash for 2 covid tests. awful people Editing this: my parents don't have insurance so we had to go with a no insurance option, obviously paying in full which is fine. They had the higheest price for the covid tests and we got the results 4 days later, 2 days after their flight left. we ended doing the same tests at the airport for 300 all in (half price) for same day results. NOT TO MENTION THEY MADE US WAIT FOR 1.5 HOURS TO GET THE COVID TESTS DONE On top of them, the owner is obviously lying. they did offer covid tests at the time."

"If I could give this place a zero. I would. The doctor was very rude and short with me when I was trying to explain what was happening to me medically and physically. His bed side manner was absolutely horrible!!! I've never ever dealt with a doctor like this ever in my entire life!!! He didn't even touch or really look at my problem which made me think he was racist. I had a really bad infection on my arm.The doctor also called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy when I specifically wrote my pharmacy and the number on my paperwork. When I went to pick up the medication, my pharmacy said there was nothing for me so I called them.The nurse I talked to was nasty when I asked about it. I had to figure out where the script was and get it to my pharmacy to get filled with no help from this place which cost me a lot of time and extra gas because I had to go to my pharmacy twice which was very irresponsible on their part for something so simple! I had to wait another full day to get the antibiotics I needed which left me in so much more pain because the infection grew a lot bigger because I couldn't get my medication. Nothing but a headache and extra pain for me. Why should I have to chase down a script when it blatantly was their screw up?!?! Also, there was a long wait when there was only 2 of us in the waiting room. I saw the nurse walk outside and sit in her car to have a cigarette while the other two girls behind the counter looked at pictures on their phones and gossip.Trust me, this place isn't it! Urgent care? No, felt more like a hospital because there was zero urgency on anyone's part. They were basically sitting back relaxing and acting like they were at home! I've been a nurse for 24yrs and I've never seen such disrespect, disregard, and laziness! How despicable!!!"

"I had a great experience. Wait time wasn't long, the staff were very nice. The doctor was amazing. He was so friendly and talked to me like I was a person and not just a random patient, amazing bedside manners. He made me feel so comfortable. So non judgemental, and was so nice to me. I didn't get his name because my memory is terrible (I told him), but it was around 6:30/7 tonight 11/2. Thank you doc. He was so great and personable. I have had bad experiences with urgent care, but he definitely made me feel comfortable. If I could do more than 5 stars I would! Gina Albrecht"
