"I would give 0 stars if possible. I brought in my daughter who sits very nicely, and they could not have been more negative and unwelcoming. It is actually my birthday today and it should’ve been a fun mother-daughter experience. Instead, they completely ruined it. They didn’t want to do her nails, reluctantly did, and told her she should sit for an hour to dry. Please… everyone around me was just as shocked. Her service is fine. She definitely didn’t wait for an hour and they are not chipped. They just felt like being rude to my child. Never again."
"First time there today. They took off my acrylics, filed my nails and repainted them. I was a walk-in with my daughter needing a manicure too. They did a very nice job with both of us. Very little wait time and both of our technicians were very gentle women."
"Do not recommend. Went here, waited about 15m for a walk in appt for gel mani. They used a dremel on cuticles, which I do not like and it ends up injuring skin behind cuticles. Then sprayed a solution which burned. Used a file that was not clean. Gel manicure itself was fine. Lotion at the end with a weak hand massage was useless. My hands were dry and cuticles have been in pain for 2 days. Not going there again"
"Melinda always does a great job with my nails! I recommend making an appt, a lot of people walk in and have to wait, so if you’re in a rush call for an appointment. They’re very accommodating! The place is really nice and clean too!"
"I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years. They’ve always been extremely accommodating and reasonably priced. Today, they squeezed me in for a full set and am completely disappointed and will not be returning. I was charged $75 for uneven and poorly done gel set. The nails are misshaped, the designs are uneven and rushed, and they look awful. At one point she was pointing at me while speaking to her colleagues so I can’t help to feel she was speaking about me. I could have gone up to the street to the mall, spent less, and had better nails done. I wish I could get a refund immediately. I will not be returning."
