"My experience there's one lovely cashier and then there's one that needs to be fired. Tall blonde.There was a line of eight people and she didn't want to help her fellow co-worker ring anybody up!!!!! I won't go in there when she's there. She's very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever."
"Very disappointed in the fact that I made a mistake on my order, in the end I had to pay $7,00 for a cup of mashed potatoes!!! I will never ever be going to the Coen market again and neither will my circle of friends. I made the mistake but I'm 66 years old and my eyes are not what they were. The manager would not meet me halfway on this and told me that you get what is on the ticket. What a upset, they have great chicken but lousy business ethics. I'm done!!!"
"I had to update and change my review for here since my 1st one I posted was when the place 1st opened. For months now, my kids & I go there constantly for gas, snacks, food, ATM. I have to say that the "Made to order" food there is so good!! I mean I definetly wasn't expecting it from a gas station, but it's better than sheets, GetGo, & even KFC in my opinion. The chicken is probaly our family's favorite w/ a side of the famous "JoJo Fries," coleslaw, or the creamy mac n cheese. My toddler gets the kid's meal with the chicken tenders usually, & I LOVE the crispy chicken legs, wings, and thighs! It's all always fresh. I have never liked chicken tenders before bc I think they're too dry, but these tenders are so juicy& delicious! My oldest daughter also loves ordering her own turkey sub, (also really good!) But there is a very close tie between the chicken & the pizza! They have delicious pepperoni or my FAVE from there...buffalo chicken pizza. Mmm! The store is all new, free air for tires. Only thing I hate is that they have an ATM charge around $2.50 or so. The old Coen's ATM was free."
